Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Wigs, Bundles & Hair Extensions

Returns are accepted ONLY if:

  • Hair has not been worn or installed

  • Lace has not been cut

  • Hair has not been washed, dyed, bleached, or altered

  • Bundles remain sealed with original binding

  • Tags and packaging remain intact

Non-Returnable Hair Items

  • Installed wigs or extensions

  • Cut lace wigs

  • Customized or altered wigs

  • Used or brushed hair

  • Sale or clearance items

Eyelashes Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

✅ Returns accepted ONLY if:

  • Packaging is unopened

  • Lashes remain unused

  • Protective seal is intact

❌ We DO NOT accept returns on:

  • Opened lash packages

  • Tried-on or worn lashes

  • Lash glue or adhesives

Edge Control & Hair Care Products

Due to cosmetic safety regulations:

✅ Returns accepted ONLY if:

  • Product remains unopened

  • Safety seal is intact

  • Product unused and in original packaging

❌ Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened edge control or gels

  • Hair mousse, sprays, oils, or treatments

  • Any used cosmetic product

Accessories

Unused accessories may be returned if:

  • Item is unused

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Banks or credit card providers may require additional posting time

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Kareemah Hair Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • Customized wigs (exception may be made email us for details)

  • Opened beauty or cosmetic products

  • Eyelashes once opened

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards

    • Product has not been tampered with

    For health and sanitation reasons, opened or used eyelashes cannot be returned or refunded.
