Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Hair Tools

    Hair tools may be returned within 30 days ONLY if:


    • Unused

    • Not plugged in or tested

    • In original packaging

    • All cords, attachments, and manuals included

    Used tools are NOT eligible for return unless defective.

  • Eyelashes

    At Kareemah Hair Boutique, your safety and satisfaction are important to us. Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, all eyelash purchases are subject to the following return policy.

    Returns & Eligibility

    We accept returns on eyelashes within 7 days of delivery ONLY if:


    • Lashes are unused and unworn

    • Packaging remains sealed and unopened

    • Protective tray and original box are intact

    • Product has not been tampered with

    • Proof of purchase is provided

    For health and sanitation reasons, opened or used eyelashes cannot be returned or refunded.
